KYC documentation may include but is not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and verification of payment methods used. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.1 All financial transactions on the rezeki44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the Member.

9.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where applicable, marketing communications to which you have opted in.

However, no internet-based transmission is entirely secure, and rezeki44 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rezeki44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of — or inability to use — the platform or services.
10.2 rezeki44's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
10.3 rezeki44 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access. rezeki44 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.
10.4 Bets or gaming activity affected by technical errors (including software malfunction, connectivity issues, or data corruption) may be voided by rezeki44 at its sole discretion. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's account balance.
11.1 rezeki44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
